Aaron Paul won Emmys in 2010 and 2012 for his portrayal of Jesse Pinkman, the meth-cooking sidekick to Walter White (Bryan Cranston), the central character in the series Breaking Bad. Paul grew up in Idaho and moved to Los Angeles when he was 17 to start an acting career. After several commercial spots and small roles on television, he got a semi-regular gig as a straight-laced husband in the cable series Big Love, starting in 2007. While appearing in the occasional episode for that show, he was hired for Breaking Bad, a cable series that first aired in 2008. Paul, slight, wiry and energetic, played Pinkman as an innocent loser-with-a-conscience, earning three Emmy nominations (2009, 2010 and 2012). Paul's other roles include Mission: Impossible III (2006, starring Tom Cruise), Last House on the Left (2009), Smashed (2012, opposite Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Eye in the Sky (2013). Aaron Paul also lent his voice to the cartoon Bojack Horseman (2014-17), and starred in the television series The Path in 2016 and 2017.
