Karolina Kurkova became famous in America when she appeared on the cover of Vogue in February 2001 at the tender age of 17. The daughter of a Czech basketball player, Kurkova stood out at 5' 11" with a golden-blonde head of hair. By 2002 she had become the newest "hot" face, winning the Model of the Year at the Vogue Fashion Awards. She has modelled extensively for Victoria's Secret (appearing in the company's annual television specials from 2001-2008) and for Chanel, Rolex, Christian Dior, Versace and many other brands. She played "Cover Girl," a model-turned-tank driver, in the 2009 film G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.
Extra credit: Her first son, Tobin Jack Drury, was born on 29 October 2009. The father was film producer Archie Drury... Kurkova is 5' 11" tall and her nicknames are Kinka, KK, and Koka Kola, according to the CBS website for the 2007 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show... She
