Megan Ewing's youthful freckles, raven hair and hazel eyes made her a breakout model in 2001. She was in eighth grade when she made her first modelling trip to Tokyo, and within a few years she had made appearances in Harper's Bazaar, Maxim, Gear, and Elle magazines. In 2001 she became a regular model for Guess clothing, and the next year she appeared in the popular Victoria's Secret catalog.
