Comedian Samantha Bee spent 12 seasons as a "correspondent" for The Daily Show before landing her own cable TV show, Full Frontal, in 2016. She got her start in Toronto, Canada, and spent 10 years in the comedy and improv scene, including as a founding member of the all-woman sketch group, the Atomic Fireballs. Then she landed a gig with Jon Stewart and The Daily Show in 2003, and over the years became known especially for her ability to neutrally interview sincere people with crazy opinions. During her years on the show, she also appeared once in a while in TV shows and movies, and did voice work for cartoons such as Phineaus and Ferb, Creative Galaxy and Bob's Burgers. Her show Full Frontal, a comedy show focused on current events, debuted in February of 2016.

Samantha Bee married fellow The Daily Show comedian Jason Jones in 2007. They have three children.
