Neiman, Leroy

Neiman, Leroy (nē'mun) [key], 1927–, American painter and printmaker. Neiman is a leading artist of sporting subjects in the 20th cent. He combines startling juxtapositions of saturated colors with a loosely impressionistic painting style to achieve a feeling of dynamism.
