Jokmeam

Jokmeam (jok'mēăm) [key], in the Bible. 1. Unidentified Levitical town of Ephraim, in central ancient Palestine. An alternate form is Kibzaim. 2. Town, in Solomon's 5th district. Some scholars correct the text to read Jokneam, but this interpretation is doubtful.
