Clausthal-Zellerfeld

Clausthal-Zellerfeld (klous'täl-tsel'urfelt) [key], town, Lower Saxony, central Germany, a resort in the Harz Mts. Its manufactures include textiles and wood products. The town was once a center for the mining of copper, zinc, and lead ores.
