Grindelwald

Grindelwald grĭnˈdəlvält [key], town (1990 est. pop. 3,733), Bern canton, S central Switzerland, at the foot of the Eiger, Schreckhorn, and Wetterhorn peaks. It was one of the first Alpine resorts.
