Restigouche

Restigouche rĕstĭgo͞oshˈ [key], river, c.130 mi (210 km) long, rising in NW N.B., Canada, E of Edmundston, and flowing generally NE to the Matapedia River, then past Campbellton to Chaleur Bay at Dalhousie. Its lower course forms part of the Quebec–New Brunswick boundary. The river is noted for salmon fishing.
