Santo André

Santo André sänˈto͝o ändrĕˈ [key], city (1996 pop. 625,294), São Paulo state, S Brazil, a suburb of São Paulo. The city houses the offices of many international firms and has industries that produce textiles, metal products, porcelain, foodstuffs, furniture, and airplanes.
