R&B/hip-hop group

Having sold more than 30 million albums worldwide, this Philadelphia-based close harmony group has received nearly as many accolades as platinum records. They hold an NAACP image award, an American Music Award for Favorite Soul/R&B Band, 3 Grammys for Best Vocal Group and one for Best Album (II). The group's debut album, CooleyHighharmony (1991) included hit singles “Motownphilly” and “It's Hard to say Goodbye to Yesterday.” Their follow-up album, Boys II Men II (1994) was a collaboration with Babyface (“I'll Make Love to You”), and Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis (“On Bended Knee”). They produced and wrote or co-wrote most of the songs for their fourth album, Evolutions (1997). The group's members include: Mike McCary, Nate Morris, Wayna Morris, and Shawn Stockman.
