Algarsife

Son of Cambuscan, and brother of Cambalo, who “won Theodora to wife.” It was in the “Squire's Tale,” by Chaucer, but was never finished. (See Canace.)

Call him up that left half told
The story of Cambuscan bold,
Of Camball, and of Algarsife,
And who had Canace to wife.
