Chelmsford

Chelmsford (chĕmzˈfərd, chĕlmzˈ–) [key], town (1990 pop. 32,383), Middlesex co., NE Mass.; inc. 1655. Once a lumber and textile town, Chelmsford is largely residential with light industries.
