Duarte, city, United States

Duarte dwärˈtē, dəwärˈ– [key], city (2020 pop. 21,727), Los Angeles co., S Calif.; settled c.1841, inc. 1957. It is a growing residential city with light industry and warehousing. The City of Hope National Medical Center is in Duarte.
