Oregon

Introduction

Oregon (ŏrˈĭgən, –gŏn) [key], state in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. It is bordered by Washington, across the Columbia R. (N), Idaho, partially across the Snake R. (E), Nevada and California (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W).
