ÉvriposÉvripos (ĕvˈrĭpôs) [key], strait, c.5 mi (8 km) long and from 120 ft to 1 mi (37 m–1.6 km) wide, forming the central and narrowest part of the channel separating the island of Évvoia from the Greek mainland.
