Gávdhos

Gávdhos (gävˈħôs) [key], Clauda klôˈdə, or Cauda kôˈdə, small Mediterranean island, S Greece, near Crete. In the Acts of the Apostles it was the refuge of St. Paul's ship during the tempest.
