Sarcelles

Sarcelles (särsĕlˈ) [key], city (1990 pop. 57,121), Val-d'Oise dept., N central France. Mostly residential, it has some light industry. A church dating partly from the 12th cent. and partly from the Renaissance is in Sarcelles.
