An amazing example of stop-motion animation that appeals to young and old alike. Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, tires of the October holiday and sets out for a new adventure. He stumbles into Christmas Town, where he is mesmerized by the joy and glee. When the residents of Halloween Town fail to embrace his plan to celebrate his own version of Christmas, he resorts to kidnapping Santa.
