Emmy Award-winning radio, television, and film entertainer who achieved fame as a singer and became better known as the hostess of several television shows. Her programs include The Dinah Shore Show (1951–57) and The Dinah Shore Chevy Show (1956–63). Her recordings include “ Yes, My Darling Daughter” (1941). Died: 2/24/1994
