Danny Aiello

A top-notch character actor, he starred as Cher's jilted fiancé in Moonstruck (1987) and as a Brooklyn pizzeria owner in Do the Right Thing (1989), a role that won him an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. His other movies include The Purple Rose of Cairo (1985) and City Hall (1996).
