Christina Ricci

Ricci's parents were persuaded to find an agent by a film critic who watched her act in a school play. After performing in several commercials, Ricci made her film debut playing Cher's youngest daughter in Mermaids (1990). It was her portrayal of Wednesday in The Addams Family (1991) that launched her career. She has since appeared in Now and Then (1995), The Ice Storm (1997), The Opposite of Sex (1998), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998), Sleepy Hollow (1999), and Monster (2003). She has the title role in 2006's Penelope.
