Mike Figgis

A former musician with a band and actor in an experimental theater, he wrote, directed, and composed the scores for the moody thrillers Stormy Monday (1988) and One Night Stand (1997) and the Oscar-nominated Leaving Las Vegas (1995). He also directed Mr. Jones (1993) and The Browning Version (1994).
