Walter Trampler violistBorn: 8/25/1915 Birthplace: Munich, Germany An eminent violist and educator, Trampler taught at Juilliard, Yale School of Music, and Boston University. Before emigrating to the United States, he was first solo violist for Deutschlandsender Orchestra (1935–38).
