Charles Handy

After studying at Oxford and becoming a manager at Shell Petroleum from 1956–65, he became an economist in London. He taught at the London Business School, and at St. George's House, the “staff college” for the Church of England. His most well-known books are Understanding Organizations and Inside Organizations.
