Charles Black, Jr.

constitutional law expert and professor who helped to write the legal brief for 10-year-old Linda Brown, the plaintiff in the landmark 1954 Supreme Court case, Brown v. Board of Education. Black's book, Impeachment: A Handbook, was widely referenced during the Watergate scandal and again in 1999 during President Clinton's impeachment.
