Description: Former University of Arizona Heisman trophy winner Johnny Dunn had left the NFL suddenly and moved far from the spotlight after a family tragedy. His life of isolation is interrupted suddenly when he is forced to care for his young nephew, Spence, who survives a family tragedy of his own. Unwilling to tell the boy the truth about his parents, he enlists the small town he lives in to go along with his lie. The lives of Johnny and the eclectic ensemble that reside and works in the town are forever changed after his young nephew comes to live with them. As the weeks pass, Johnny's lie begins to unravel, driving the situation to its dramatic conclusion.
