Philip Kasimer, 76, fell in love with stamp collecting at age 7. Slowly his collection grew to nearly 40,000 stamps. Now retired, he wants to share his favorite hobby with kids. He's giving stamps away to young collectors. "A kid can learn geography and history from stamps," he says.
