Get ready for a pop group that's not much older than you are! MMMbop, the first single record by the band Hanson, debuts this month, and it should have everyone bopping to the beat. "Hanson is three brothers, and we love making music," Isaac Hanson told TFK. Isaac, 16, Taylor, 13, and Zachary, 11, wrote all the songs and played their own instruments for their first album, Middle of Nowhere (Mercury Records), due out in May.

Taylor says that forming a band was the perfect project for the Oklahoma family: "There was always singing going around and music. We just naturally started writing songs. And then we just wanted to get in front of crowds."

The boys don't have much time for sports because future rock stars have to work hard. They practice four hours a day!
