Country's Rising Star

His may be just one voice, but it sure is powerful! Last week pint-size country singer Billy Gilman, 12, won an American Music Award for Best New Country Artist. His debut CD, One Voice, sold 1 million copies within three months of its release. Billy is the youngest solo artist in history to appear on the country-radio charts. In February his single One Voice may win two Grammys. If not? It's unlikely the Rhode Island native will hoot and holler. Says Billy: "All I want is to sing my best and make the audience happy."
