No, this baby is not being fed to the dragon! He is celebrating with his mother at a Chinese New Year fair in Beijing, China. The Year of the Snake slithered in on January 24. It's a time for Chinese people around the world to party and give thanks.

Chinese New Year, or Spring Festival, is the oldest, most important festival in China. It begins with the new moon on the first day of the new year and ends on the full moon 15 days later.
