He's the top dog! Last Tuesday, pampered pooch Special Times Just Right won the big prize at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City. The dog, known as J.R., is a fluffy white bichon frise (bee-shawn free-zay). He became the first of his breed to earn the top title, Best in Show. He competed against 2,500 other dogs. The 3-year-old powder puff barked excitedly when he won. Then he jumped inside his silver trophy! Said his handler Scott Sommer: "He's loving it."
