What does it mean?
vacuous

As I listened to myself talking, I realized that my argument was truly vacuous—

a.) I had never expressed myself so eloquently before.

b.) everything that came out of my mouth was empty and without merit.

c.) I was startled by the profound effect I was having on my audience.
