Schilling, Johannes

Schilling, Johannes yōhänˈəs shĭlˈĭng [key], 1828–1910, German sculptor. He is represented by many monuments in Germany, including the colossal Germania (1883), a national monument in the Niederwald, which is considered his masterpiece.
