Belcy

Belcy bĕltˈsē [key], Rus. Beltsy, city (1996 est. pop. 159,420), in Moldova. A river and railroad junction, its manufactures include foodstuffs, agricultural machinery, and furniture. The city was founded in the 15th cent.
