Jiquié

Jiquié or Jequié both: zhəko͞oēĕˈ [key], city (1991 pop. 144,772), Bahia state, E Brazil, on the Contas River. Iron deposits are nearby. Tobacco, cacao, sugar, coffee, and livestock are shipped from the city.
