San Bruno

San Bruno săn bro͞oˈnō [key], city (1990 pop. 38,961), San Mateo co., W Calif., a suburb on San Francisco Bay; inc. 1914. There is light manufacturing and petroleum refining. The Golden Gate National Cemetery, a federal archives center, and a U.S. marine corps reserve center are in the city, and San Francisco International Airport adjoins it.
