Five events in one day—shooting (4.5mm air pistol), fencing (one-touch epée), swimming (200m freestyle), horse riding (450m stadium course with 12 jumps), and running (3,000m cross country).

Women: 1. Stephanie Cook, GBR (5,318 pts); 2. Emily deRiel, USA (5,310); 3. Kate Allenby, GBR (5,273).
