The storms spawned 15 tornadoes and there were over 300 reports of large hail and damaging gusts. In Monroe, Louisiana, there was more than $130 million damage caused by the extreme rains and hailstones. Winds gusted to 100 mph at Epps, Louisiana, and Forth Worth, Texas.
