RADWAN, Edmund Patrick, a Representative from New York; born in Buffalo, Erie County, N.Y., September 22, 1911; attended the public schools; graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School in 1934; athletic coach of East High School, Buffalo, N.Y., 1929-1934; was admitted to the bar in 1935 and commenced the practice of law in Buffalo, N.Y.; village attorney of Sloan, N.Y., 1938-1940; served as a corporal in the United States Army 1943-1945; member of the State senate from 1945 to December 31, 1950; elected as a Republican to the Eighty-second and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1951-January 3, 1959); was not a candidate for renomination in 1958; died in Buffalo, N.Y., September 7, 1959; interment in St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
