Jaimee Grubbs

US magazine claimed in 2009 that Jaimee Grubbs had carried on a "steamy 31-month affair" with Tiger Woods. Grubbs, a Los Angeles cocktail waitress, was 21 when she allegedly met Woods in April of 2007. She told US that they started a romantic relationship with the famous golfer, and that she met Woods 20 times over the next few years. US ran its expose in December of 2009, after The National Enquirer ran a similar story about Rachel Uchitel, another woman who allegedly had an affair with Woods. (This was considered news because Woods had married Elin Nordegren in 2004.) Earlier in 2009, Grubbs had appeared on season one of the VH1 "reality" show Tool Academy, which was supposed to teach good manners to bad boyfriends; Grubbs's then-boyfriend Shawn Southern was a contestant on the show.
