Magnusson, Árni

Magnusson, Árni or Árne ourˈnĭ mägˈno͞osôn [key], 1663–1730, Icelandic historian and antiquarian. He taught at the Univ. of Copenhagen, and his important collection of ancient Icelandic manuscripts is housed there.
