Leucothea

Leucothea lo͞okŏth´ēə [key], in Greek mythology, sea deity. In some legends she was the deification of Ino , the wife of Athamas in others she was the deification of the sea nymph Halia, mother of Rhodos. The Romans identified Matuta with her.
