Kokubunji

Kokubunji kōko͞oˈbo͞onjē [key], city (1990 pop. 100,982), Tokyo Metropolis, central Honshu, Japan. It is a suburb of Tokyo and is noted for its Kokubunji (Buddhist) temple founded in 1588.
