Ramoth-gilead

Ramoth-gilead rāˈmŏth-gĭlˈēăd [key] or Ramoth in Gilead, city of ancient Palestine, E of the Jordan. It is named in the Bible as a place of refuge and as Ahab's last battlefield. It also appears as Ramah.
